A Quicky From Italy I am currently on a hotel computer and have limited time in which to write this entry so I will make it quick. I am in Val de Fiemme, Italy preparing for the first race of a European Tour that will take me to five different nations. Italy is my absolute favourite place to visit in Europe and I am making sure to enjoy the sights, the amazing weather, the unbelievable food and of course....the vino!!! which flows like wine over here... Thus far jet lag, which is usually a huge hindrance, has effected me less intensly than ever before. I have been, for the most part, sleeping through the night and have rather good energy on the trails. While the first race in Europe is usually an eye opener, I am looking forward to testing myself on the 2003 World Nordic Ski Championship trails. Should be fun to see where I stand...
